Chicken Bacon Guacamole Burritos

Juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy guacamole wrapped up in a warm tortilla—these burritos are bursting with bold flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 pieces cooked crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 mashed avocados
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 5 medium size tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 tbs oil , to crisp the tortillas in at the end

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl add the first 7 ingredients mix well.
  • To each tortilla add a little bit of cheese then a scoop of the chicken mixture roll into a burrito.
  • To a skillet add the oil once it's hot add each burrito and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden Enjoy.
