Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 1/2 cup sliced purple grapes

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbs yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon

  • 3 tbs dried cranberries

  • Dash of salt and pepper

Directions

  • In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Serve the chicken salad mixture in a croissant or in a bun!
