Chicken Taco Soup – 10 Minute Dinner

This chicken taco soup is bold, zesty, and loaded with Tex-Mex flavor for a fast, filling one-pot meal.

Ingredients 

  • 12.5 oz can chicken, drained
  • 15 oz can corn, drained
  • 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz can great northern beans, drained
  • 14 oz can pitite diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz can diced green chilis
  • 3 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 ½ tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions 

  • To a large pot on the stove, add all of the ingredients and stir cover with a lid and let boil for 5 to 10 minutes during occasionally.
  • Talk with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
