Microwave Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Warm, fluffy, and cinnamon-swirled—this quick mug cinnamon coffee cake hits the sweet spot in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • ¼ tsp cinammon
  • cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbs canola oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Crumble Topping

  • 1 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp softened butter

Instructions 

  • In a regular sized mug, mix the first cinammon, flour, sugar and baking powder together.
  • Add in the wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Mix together crumble in a little bowl and add tot he top of the cake.
  • Microwave additional 30 seconds Enjoy.
