15oz can creamed corn
15oz whole-kernal sweet corn, drained
8oz jiffy cornbread mix
8oz sour cream
1 stick butter
1 cup cheddar cheese
- Set oven to 350℉. In a large mixing bowl, add in each ingredient besides the cheddar cheese.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish and pour the mix in. Bake for 45 minutes uncovered.
- Pull out of the oven and sorinkle the cheese over the top. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Lat stand for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
