Creamy Chicken Pasta

Creamy Chicken Pasta has some unexpected flavors (thanks to the Italian dressing mix) and the creamiest sauce. It only takes 5 ingredients to make this tasty chicken pasta.

Ingredients 

  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ lb pasta of your choice

Instructions 

  • To a greased slow cooker, add the chicken, Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, and cream of chicken soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked.
  • When the chicken is almost done, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Serve with shredded cheese on top and enjoy!

    I made this for myself tonight because I had all the ingredients. It looked off when I poured everything into the slow cooker. Once it was cooked and pasta was added, it looked fine and tasted great. Thanks.

    I made this yesterday because I knew I was going to have a long day today. I used Costco Rotisserie chicken breast that I had frozen. This turned out *amazing*!!! I have left overs for tomorrow. I served it with mashed potatoes. Another winner from Julia!!
