Crispy Oven Baked Breakfast Potatoes

Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside—these breakfast potatoes are seasoned to perfection and bake up beautifully without frying.

Ingredients 

  • 3 lbs baby golden potatoes, or red potatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Cut potatoes into small bite sized pieces.
  • Place potatoes into a large mixing bowl, add seasonings and olive oil, stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread the potatoes out on to the sheet pan as even as possible.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, toss the potatoes around continue to bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. Enjoy!

    Use bacon or sausage grease for the olive oil!
