
Crispy Oven Baked Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 lbs baby golden potatoes, or red potatoes
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp seasoned salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Cut potatoes into small bite sized pieces.
- Place potatoes into a large mixing bowl, add seasonings and olive oil, stir to combine the ingredients.
- Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the potatoes out on to the sheet pan as even as possible.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, toss the potatoes around continue to bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. Enjoy!
