  1. Mix the meatball base – In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings until just mixed.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean recommended for juicier meatballs
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs, plain or Italian-style
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional, but adds flavor
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, for cooking, or use cooking spray

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
  • Roll mixture into meatballs about 1–1.5 inches in size and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve warm with pasta, rice, or salad — or freeze for later!
