Enchilada Casserole Bubble Up

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbs taco seasoning
  • 3 tbs water
  • 4 oz green chilis
  • 1 package Pillsbury Grands biscuit dough
  • 10 oz red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut each biscuit into 8 smaller pieces add them to a greased 9×13 baking dish and drizzle with the enchilada sauce. Set aside
  • To a skillet add the ground beef and cook it through. Drain any excess grease. Add the taco seasoning, green chilis, and water in stir to combine for about 2 minutes
  • Pour the ground beef mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 35-45 minuets or until the biscuits are cooked.
