
Enchilada Casserole Bubble Up
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbs taco seasoning
- 3 tbs water
- 4 oz green chilis
- 1 package Pillsbury Grands biscuit dough
- 10 oz red enchilada sauce
- 1 cup colby jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut each biscuit into 8 smaller pieces add them to a greased 9×13 baking dish and drizzle with the enchilada sauce. Set aside
- To a skillet add the ground beef and cook it through. Drain any excess grease. Add the taco seasoning, green chilis, and water in stir to combine for about 2 minutes
- Pour the ground beef mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Bake for 35-45 minuets or until the biscuits are cooked.
