Greek Tzatziki Chicken

Greek Tzatziki Chicken features juicy marinated chicken topped with cool, creamy tzatziki sauce and served with fresh veggies or pita bread.

Ingredients 

  • cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • ¾ cup greek plain yogurt
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ tbs dill
  • ½ tbs parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 4-6 pitas for serving

Instructions 

  • To a large bowl add all of the ingredients except the pitas. Stir well and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Remove from fridge and place the filling into your pitas. Enjoy!
