
Greek Tzatziki Chicken
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- ¾ cup greek plain yogurt
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ tbs dill
- ½ tbs parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 4-6 pitas for serving
Instructions
- To a large bowl add all of the ingredients except the pitas. Stir well and refrigerate for one hour.
- Remove from fridge and place the filling into your pitas. Enjoy!
