
Greek Yogurt Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ⅔ cup whole milk greek yogurt
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tbs minced ginger
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients except the chicken into a medium bowl whisk to combine the marinade. Add chicken into the bowl (or place everything into a large ziplock bag) make sure the chicken is coated well in the marinade. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
- Bake on 425 for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. (You can also grill the chicken)
