Greek Yogurt Chicken Marinade

Greek Yogurt Chicken Marinade uses creamy yogurt, lemon, and herbs to tenderize chicken while adding bright, tangy flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • cup whole milk greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tbs minced ginger
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Add all of the ingredients except the chicken into a medium bowl whisk to combine the marinade. Add chicken into the bowl (or place everything into a large ziplock bag) make sure the chicken is coated well in the marinade. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
  • Bake on 425 for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. (You can also grill the chicken)
