Thank you for this. I got a smoked bone-in ham on super markdown from Aldi after the holidays and sectioned it out and froze it. I also ended up with a big bag of the seasoned stuffing for $.25. I’ve been trying to find ways to get it used up without being repetitive. This ticked all boxes while also being easy. Since my ham wasn’t lunch meat style, it didn’t come out near as salty as the other commenter’s did. I also am not on a low salt diet or sensitive to salt, so YMMV if you already know you are not a fan of salt.

Too salty! Next time use low-sodium soup and low-salt stuffing. Very easy to make though.
