Ham, Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with veggies—this ham, broccoli, and cauliflower casserole is a great way to use up leftover ham in a comforting one-dish meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 2 ½ cups steamed cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • To a large bowl add all of the ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese. Stir to combine the casserole.
  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Pour the casserole in the baking dish.
  • Bake on 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Enjoy!
