
Ham, Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 2 ½ cups steamed cauliflower rice
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- To a large bowl add all of the ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese. Stir to combine the casserole.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Pour the casserole in the baking dish.
- Bake on 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Enjoy!

This was amazing! I added a little ranch seasoning to it before baking.
