Ham Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 2 cups cubed ham

  • 2 1/2 cups steamed cauliflower rice

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • To a large bowl add all of the ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese. Stir to combine the casserole.
  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Pour the casserole in the baking dish.
  • Bake on 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Enjoy!
