Honey Garlic Chicken

Sticky, sweet, and garlicky—this Honey Garlic Chicken hits all the right notes for a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb cubed chicken breast
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 8 oz sugar snap peas
  • 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbs honey

Instructions 

  • Add oil to a pan on the stove, once it’s hot add the cubed chicken with a dash of salt and pepper and minced garlic, cook for about 6 minutes or until the chicken is about 90% of the way cooked through
  • Add in the sugar snap peas, cook until the chicken is 100% of the way cooked (about 3-5 more minutes)
  • Add in the lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey stir to combine and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or eat it alone!
