1 lb cubed chicken breast
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
Dash salt and pepper
8oz sugar snap peas
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
1 tbs honey
- Add oil to a pan on the stove, once it’s hot add the cubed chicken with a dash of salt and pepper and minced garlic, cook for about 6 minutes or until the chicken is about 90% of the way cooked through
- Add in the sugar snap peas, cook until the chicken is 100% of the way cooked (about 3-5 more minutes)
- Add in the lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey stir to combine and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over rice or eat it alone!
