Italian Chicken Marinade

Italian Chicken Marinade blends olive oil, garlic, herbs, and a splash of vinegar for juicy, flavorful chicken with a Mediterranean touch.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl or ziplock bag make sure the chicken is coated well in the marinade. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
  • Bake on 425 for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. (You can also grill the chicken)
