Italian Parmesan Chicken

Italian parmesan chicken is golden and crispy with a herby breadcrumb crust and a juicy center—classic comfort with Italian flair.

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.7 oz packet Italian dressing and recipe seasoning mix , (good seasons brand)
  • 1 tbs olive oil , (or oil spray)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • To a gallon sized bag add the Parmesan and seasoning zip the bag and shake well add in the chicken breasts and zip the bag and shake to coat the chicken.
  • Spray a sheet pan with non stick spray then place the coated chicken breasts on the sheet pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through. Enjoy!
