    Hello Julia,
Using your cookbook, I made Skillet Lasagna one-pot and it was delicious. Thank you so much.

I do have a question about cooking chicken breasts. I’ve made different recipes in my crockpot and the chicken never seems to be moist and juicy. I use spices and sauces, no luck for me! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for your time and thank you for the YouTube videos. I’ve become a much better cook, thanks to you.
    Best regards,
    Elaine

I’ve made this twice so far and my family is hooked! My husband said it was the best thing he’s eaten! I did add less cheese than the recipe calls for and omitted the salt due to my husband’s low-sodium diet and it was so flavorful that we didn’t miss it!

Tried making this for dinner tonight. I made this dish with a side of white rice. The only thing I did different was add some lime after it cooked. It was really delicious and full of flavor. I was initially thinking the measurements would be too much, but it was enough to season the chicken and veggies. Yum!

    Julia,
I tried this a couple of nights ago, and it was fantastic! I had cut my veggies ahead, so it was a snap to put together. Full of flavor, and a BIG winner in our home!! My boyfriend asked me to please make it again next week. 🙂 It even looks pretty. 🙂 I struggle with cooking, but I’ve learned so much from you! I always enjoy your videos, and every recipe of yours that I’ve tried has turned out great! Thank you so much! My boyfriend thanks you too! LOL.
