
No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 – 6 oz pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 2 – 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs fresh lemon zest, optional
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl beat the cream cheese together until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract beat until smooth.
- Add in the heavy cream beat for 2-3 minuets or until well incorporated.
- Place the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
