No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 – 6oz pre-made graham cracker pie crust

  • 2 – 8oz packages cream cheese

  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

  • 3 tbs fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbs fresh lemon zest (optional)

  • 1 tbs vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

  • In a large bowl beat the cream cheese together until smooth.
  • Add in the powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract beat until smooth.
  • Add in the heavy cream beat for 2-3 minuets or until well incorporated.
  • Place the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
