Pepperoni Pasta Bake

Pepperoni pasta bake is a cheesy, pizza-inspired casserole loaded with pasta, marinara, and plenty of crispy pepperoni—easy to make and always a hit with the whole family!

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb elbow pasta
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning, optional
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray add in all of the ingredients except one cup of the cheese stir well. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the the foil and sprinkle with remaining cheese bake for and additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!

    Came out so good and adding to our rotation! I added a diced onion, diced green bell pepper, diced pack of mushrooms and 2 minced garlic cloves. Reduced water to 2 cups because of added veggies.
