Quick and Easy Italian Pasta Salad

This quick and easy Italian pasta salad is a fresh and zesty side dish that’s perfect for potlucks, picnics, or make-ahead lunches.

Ingredients 

  • ½ lb tricolor rotini pasta
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • 1 english cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup Italian salad dressing, I used the olive garden brand

Instructions 

  • Boil the pasta according to the package directions, drain and let the pasta completely cool down.
  • In a larger bowl add the cooled pasta, veggies, feta cheese, and dressing stir to combine and cover with a lid or cling wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy
