1/2 lb tricolor rotini pasta
1/2 red onion, diced
1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 english cucumber, diced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing (I used the olive garden brand)
- Boil the pasta according to the package directions, drain and let the pasta completely cool down.
- In a larger bowl add the cooled pasta, veggies, feta cheese, and dressing stir to combine and cover with a lid or cling wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy
- You can add more veggies or toppings you enjoy to this pasta salad.
