
Rich and Creamy Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 5 medium thick pork chops
- Salt and Pepper , to season the pork chops with
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce.
Instructions
- Season the pork chops on both sides with a dash of salt and pepper
- To your slow cooker add the cream of mushroom, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine. Add the pork chops and coat in the sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked serve over a bed of egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
