How to Make Rotisserie Chicken Bacon Alfredo
Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until golden brown and crispy.

Step 3: Remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate and set aside. Reserve the bacon grease in the pan.

Step 4: Add the minced garlic to the same pan and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 5: Add the Italian seasoning and rotisserie chicken. Cook together for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 7–8 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 7: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
Step 8: Add the cooked pasta and bacon. Stir and serve.

Rotisserie Chicken Bacon Alfredo
Ingredients
- 14 oz rotini pasta noodles , (or any pasta)
- 5 pieces uncooked bacon
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and set it to the side.
- To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add the bacon, cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels. Set to the side.
- Save the bacon grease in the pan.
- To the same pan the bacon was cooked in add the garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Add the Italian seasoning and chicken into the pan. Let cook together for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, broth, salt, and pepper. Bring up to a simmer, turn the heat to low, let simmer for 7-8 minutes stirring frequently.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it melt.
- Stir in the pasta and bacon serve!
