Salsa Chicken and Rice

Salsa chicken and rice is a zesty one-pan meal loaded with bold flavor, tender chicken, and perfectly seasoned rice.

Ingredients 

  • 11 small to medium sized chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup tomato salsa
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Cooked rice for serving at the end

Instructions 

  • Place the chicken to the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Pour the salsa and the taco seasoning over the top cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  • Serve the chicken over cooked rice.
