Sausage and Potato Skillet

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 14 oz package smoked sausage, cut into half moons
  • 12 oz bag frozen green beans, or any frozen vegetables you like
  • 16 oz frozen diced hash browns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup Mexican style cheese

Instructions 

  • To a large pan on the stove over medium high heat add the oil once the oil is hot add the sausage, green beans, hash browns, seasonings, and minced garlic. Stir well let cook covered for 8 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Once the sausage is golden on the outside stir in the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted stir in the cheese. Once the cheese melts serve.
