Seasoned Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8-10 8-10 small to medium sized chicken drumsticks

  • 1 cup 1 uncooked white rice

  • 2 cups 2 chicken broth

  • 1/2 tbsp 1/2 salt, divided

  • 1/2 tbsp 1/2 black pepper, divided

  • 1 tbsp 1 paprika, divided

  • 1 tbsp 1 onion powder, divided

  • 1 tbsp 1 garlic powder, divided

  • 1 tbsp 1 Italian seasoning, divided

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray
  • Add the rice, broth, and half of all of the seasonings into the baking dish. Stir well. Now place the chicken drumsticks on top side by side and season the top of the chicken with the remaining seasonings. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
