1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
1 chicken or vegetable bouillon cube or 1 tbs better than bouillon
1 cup jasmine rice or white rice
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbs fresh chopped parsley
- To a pot or sauce pan add the oil, butter, and bouillon cube whisk frequently. Once the oil and butter are hot add the rice, salt and pepper (add any more seasonings at this point that you want) stir frequently for 1-2 minutes. Add the water and bring to a boil, drop the heat down to a simmer and simmer until the water is completely absorbed and the rice is cooked.
- I like to serve with baked chicken, or any dinner!
