Sheet Pan Nachos

Loaded with all your favorite toppings, these Sheet Pan Nachos are the ultimate party snack or easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 ½ tbs taco seasoning
  • cup water
  • 7 cups tortilla chips
  • 16 oz can refried beans
  • 1 can Rotel, drained
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups monterey jack cheese
  • Toppings: Cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, cilantro, sliced avocado, iceberg lettuce and more!

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • To a pan on the stove add the ground beef and onion, cook through completely. Once cooked remove any excess grease. Add the taco seasoning in with the water stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl add the refried beans, can of drained rotel, and cream cheese stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and place the tortilla chips on the sheet pan next add the taco meat all over the chips followed by the refried bean mixture sprinkle with the cheeses and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melty.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy
