Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables

Savory sausage and colorful veggies roasted together for a one-pan dinner that’s as easy as it is delicious.

Ingredients 

  • 2 zucchini, diced
  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 yellow squash, diced.
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • In a large bag or bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well.
  • On a parchment paper lined sheet pan, bake at 400℉ for about 30 – 35 minutes.
