Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Pork Tacos

Tender pork slow-cooked in tangy salsa verde—these pork tacos are juicy, flavorful, and ready for all your favorite topping

Ingredients 

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 16 salsa verde
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash cumin
  • 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions 

Freezer meal prep

  • Label a bag/container with date made, recipe and cooking instructions.
  • Place all ingredients in and freeze.

In the Slow Cooker

  • Cook thawed or freshly made on low for 6 hours.
