Smokie Pork Chops

Bold, smoky flavor and juicy —this easy baked pork chops dinner is simple to prep and big on taste.

Ingredients 

  • 5 medium thick pork chops
  • 2 cups baby carrots diced
  • 2 cups frozen fine green beans

Pork Chop Seasoning Mixture

  • ½ tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Veggie Seasoning Mixture

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl mix the pork chop seasoning mixture together.
  • Brush the seasoning mixture on each side of the pork chops, place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the carrots and green beans on the sheet pan, drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice then sprinkle with the veggie seasonings.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked then broil for 2 minutes.
