Southwest Dressing

Creamy, zesty, and just the right amount of kick—this Southwest Dressing is perfect for salads, tacos, or dipping everything in sight.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup mayonnaiss
  • 4 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp chipotle powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ⅓ – ½ cup milk, the more milk you add the thinner the dressing will be
  • Optional – 1/8 tsp cayenne powder, the more you add in the spicer it will be

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl add all of the ingredients and whisk to combine. Place cling wrap over the bowl (or pour the dressing in a dressing container) refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. We like to pour the dressing over taco salads or you can eat it however you dream to!

    I just made the Taco Salad and southwest dressing. It was soo good. My husband loved it! Thank you for all these wonderful recipes. I’ve made so many of them. We never know what to eat and this has made my nights so much less stressful!
