Feta Burgers

Juicy burgers with a tangy twist—these Feta Burgers are packed with flavor and topped with creamy, salty feta for a delicious upgrade to burger night.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, combing all ingredients and make 4 pressed patties.
  • On a grill or in a skillet, cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. Patties should look golden browned or slightly crispy.
  • Using a meat thermometer, check temperature – internal temperature should be 165℉ or above.
  • Serve with favorite burger toppings on a fresh hamburger bun and enjoy!
