Feta Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1.5 cups chopped fresh spinach

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combing all ingredients and make 4 pressed patties.
  • On a grill or in a skillet, cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. Patties should look golden browned or slightly crispy.
  • Using a meat thermometer, check temperature – internal temperature should be 165℉ or above.
  • Serve with favorite burger toppings on a fresh hamburger bun and enjoy!

    Have been craving a burger for a while and this healthy alternative totally did the trick! I added ketchup mustard pickles and tomatoes. Yummy yummy!
