
Feta Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combing all ingredients and make 4 pressed patties.
- On a grill or in a skillet, cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. Patties should look golden browned or slightly crispy.
- Using a meat thermometer, check temperature – internal temperature should be 165℉ or above.
- Serve with favorite burger toppings on a fresh hamburger bun and enjoy!

Have been craving a burger for a while and this healthy alternative totally did the trick! I added ketchup mustard pickles and tomatoes. Yummy yummy!
