Summer Pasta Salad

Fresh, colorful, and tossed in a tangy dressing—this Summer Pasta Salad is perfect for BBQs, potlucks, or light meals.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb rotini noodles
  • 3 cups sweet peas
  • 3 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 6 strips cooked crumbled bacon
  • 5 sliced green onions
  • 2 cups ranch dressing
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions 

  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook rotini according to box instructions.
  • Drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta, along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate for an hour, then enjoy.

    This salad is absolutely delicious. We added tuna and made it a full meal, ate it for lunch 3 days in a row. Will definitely be a staple lunch over summer.
