Summer Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb rotini noodles
- 3 cups sweet peas
- 3 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
- 6 strips cooked crumbled bacon
- 5 sliced green onions
- 2 cups ranch dressing
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook rotini according to box instructions.
- Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta, along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for an hour, then enjoy.

This salad is absolutely delicious. We added tuna and made it a full meal, ate it for lunch 3 days in a row. Will definitely be a staple lunch over summer.
