Taco Pizzas

Crispy flour tortilla, seasoned beef, melty cheese, and all your favorite taco toppings—Taco Pizza is the ultimate mashup you didn’t know you needed.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup colby jack cheese
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • 2 tbs taco seasoning
  • cup water

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrease for 10 minutes
  • To a skillet, add the ground beef cook it through, drain the grease. Add the water and taco seasoning let simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Spray a large sheet pan and the tortillas with olive oil spray and place in the oven for 10 minutes to crisp the tortillas.
  • Once out of the oven spread the tortillas with the refried beans then add a scoop of the ground beef mixture on each tortillas, sprinkle with plenty of cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with the diced tomatoes and enjoy.
