
Teriyaki Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 1 lb cubed chicken breast, cubed
- ¾ cup teriyaki sauce, I use the panda express brand any brand will work
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray add in all of the ingredients and stir. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
