Turkey and Rice Tacos

These turkey and rice tacos are a quick, budget-friendly dinner loaded with savory flavor and easy to customize with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 11.5 oz bag Knorr spanish rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 6-7 medium flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • To a large skillet add the ground turkey break it apart and cook it through. Once cooked remove any grease in the pan. Add in the bag of Knorr spanish rice and water stir well and let simmer covered stirring occasionally for 7-10 minutes.

    Very easy and tasty. Just make sure to get the BIG 11.5 oz (or two smaller 5.8 oz) package of Spanish rice, or use only 2 C. water with 1 small package.
