13 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced into disks
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
12 oz frozen broccoli
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups COOKED brown OR white rice
Directions
- To a large skillet over medium heat add the butter and oil. Once hot add in the sliced turkey sausage and brown it for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add in the frozen broccoli and all of the seasonings stir well. Cover with the lid and let cook for 7-9 minutes stirring occasionally to soften the broccoli. Stir in the cooked rice and enjoy!
