Ingredients for Baked Loaded Queso:
- Protein: Use lean ground beef for this cheese dip
- Tomatoes: Keep it simple by using a can of Rotel with green chiles
- Chilies: Add in extra diced green chilies found in a can in the ethic aisle or sliced jalapenos
- Cheese: For this dip recipe, use cubed cream cheese, Mexican blend cheese, and cubed Velveeta cheese
- Seasoning: You will only need taco seasoning for this delicious appetizer
- Toppings: Freshly chopped red onion and fresh cilantro

How to Make Baked Loaded Queso:
Preheat oven:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook meat:
- To a cast iron skillet over medium heat on the stove add the ground beef and cook it through. Remove any excess grease.
Mix queso ingredients:
- Add the cooked ground beef to a 9×13 baking dish with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
Bake queso dip:
- Bake for a total of 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melty *stir every 5-8 minutes until the cheese melts*
- Remove from oven and stir in the heavy cream and top with your favorite toppings, fresh onion, cilantro, and more! Enjoy with tortilla chips!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 10 oz can rotel
- 4 oz can diced green chilis, or sliced jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
- 2 tbs taco seasoning
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- ¼ cup heavy cream (optional)

Fridge: Leave the remaining dip in the casserole dish it was baked in. Just top it with aluminum foil or the lid it comes with and store it in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Meat to use:
Feel free to use either ground beef, ground turkey, or ground sausage will all work great!

If you want to add even more to this recipe, dice up some bell peppers and onions and sautee them with the browned meat.
