
Cajun Sausage, Shrimp and Veggies
Ingredients
- ½ lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 14 oz chicken sausage
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- ½ lb asparagus, trimmed and sliced into thirds
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl add all of the ingredients, stir to combine.
- To a large skillet over medium heat add the mixture and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the veggies are tender and the shrimp is cooked. Enjoy
