Cajun Sausage, Shrimp and Veggies

Spicy sausage, juicy shrimp, and roasted veggies come together for a bold, skillet dinner with serious Cajun flair.

Ingredients 

  • ½ lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 14 oz chicken sausage
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • ½ lb asparagus, trimmed and sliced into thirds
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs Cajun seasoning

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl add all of the ingredients, stir to combine.
  • To a large skillet over medium heat add the mixture and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the veggies are tender and the shrimp is cooked. Enjoy
