Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup, add the chicken, and drizzle oil onto drumsticks.
  • Combine all seasonings in a small bowl, then sprinkle mixture over the chicken.
  • Put into oven and bake for 45-60 minutes. Internal temperature should be minimum 165℉.
  • After allowing to slightly cool, serve with your favorite sides, salads, and beverages – enjoy!
