Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 packages ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- ¾ cup salsa
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1½ tablespoons taco seasoning
- 6 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 cup Mexican-style shredded cheese
Instructions:
Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it browns. Drain excess grease if needed.
Step 2: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles without seasoning packets and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Add salsa, water, and taco seasoning to the cooked beef. Stir to combine.
Step 4: Stir in cubed cream cheese. Reduce heat and simmer until melted and smooth.
Step 5: Stir in pinto beans and shredded cheese. Cook until everything is heated through.
