One Pot Sausage Pasta

  • 1 lb Italian sausage

  • 24 oz marinara sauce

  • 10 oz pasta shells

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


  • Bring a large pot to the stove, turn the heat to medium heat add the sausage in, break it up and cook it through, once cooked remove any grease from the pot, now add in the remaining ingredients and stir, let simmer covered for 10-16 minutes stirring occasionally until the pasta becomes tender. Enjoy!

  3. Super easy and tasted fantastic. A little fresh parmesan cheese at the end put it over the top. I also loved the one pot clean up. The recipe will be added to my rotation of dinners. I might try with hot Italian sausage to spice it up a bit.
