
Pasta and Peas One Pot
Ingredients
- 6 oz frozen peas
- ½ lb bowtie noodles
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 diced white onion
- 1 tbs olive oil
- Dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over med heat and add in the onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the peas and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in noodles, cover and bring to a low simmer until the pasta is cooked. (Whatever pasta you choose to use should be partially covered in water) Stir frequently to prevent pasta sticking to the bottom.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the parmesan. Enjoy
