Pasta and Peas One Pot

Creamy, simple, and budget-friendly—this one-pot Pasta & Peas dish is perfect when you need something fast and comforting.

Ingredients 

  • 6 oz frozen peas
  • ½ lb bowtie noodles
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 diced white onion
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over med heat and add in the onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the peas and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in noodles, cover and bring to a low simmer until the pasta is cooked. (Whatever pasta you choose to use should be partially covered in water) Stir frequently to prevent pasta sticking to the bottom.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the parmesan. Enjoy
