Sausage Biscuit Casserole

This sausage biscuit casserole is a cheesy, comforting breakfast bake that’s perfect for holidays, brunch, or feeding a hungry crowd.

Ingredients 

  • 6.5 oz package precooked sausage links, sliced in smaller pieces
  • 10 eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • cup frozen peppers and onion
  • cup frozen spinach
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 8 count jumbo biscuits

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut each biscuit in 6 smaller pieces.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray add the biscuits in the baking dish and spread them out.
  • To a large bowl add the eggs and whisk well. Add in the sausage, water, seasonings, peppers onions, spinach, and minced garlic stir well.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and spread them out.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the egg set

    I made this today for lunch and it was delicious! I did cut the onion powder, salt, and pepper in half and omitted the water because I was using homemade biscuit dough instead of canned biscuits. It was so quick, easy, and delicious!
