Sheet Pan Pesto Chicken

1 lb chicken breasts
1 1/2 lb red potatoes, quartered
1 lb green beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup basil pesto
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
- Slice the chicken in half horizontally so its thinner. Place the chicken with the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl stir to coat. Place on the sheet pan, spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are fork tender. Enjoy!
