This recipe was so simple and absolutely delicious! My family and I always thought pork was tricky, often dry, and uninteresting, but this recipe changed that for good! Not only was this delicious the day we made it, but reheated in the oven it was just as good two days later! The spices are a perfect punch of flavor, the crust on the little pork bites is awesome, and it’s SO tender! Our two year old ate it up and kept asking for MORE. Definitely a keeper (my husband says it’s to go in the regular rotation). Thank you so much, Julia – your hard work means so much to our family as we keep trying more of your recipes and loving them – delicious food fast has been a game changer for us with two little ones, so please keep the wonderful recipes coming!
