  • 1 tbsp 1 oregano, divided

  • 1 tbsp 1 Rosemary, divided

  • 1-2 lbs 1-2 pork chops

  • 3 tbsp 3 honey

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place the potatoes on one side of the sheet pan and the green beans on the other side of the sheet pan drizzle 2 tbsp of the olive oil on the tops of the potatoes and green beans then season with half of all of the seasonings. Using a spatula stir the vegetables around to get coated in the oil and seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • To the center of the sheet pan add the pork chops and drizzle one side of the pork chops with half of the honey, place half of the minced garlic on the pork chops, season with half of the remaining seasonings, drizzle 1/2 tbsp olive oil on top and brush the ingredients in, flip the pork chops over and repeat on the other side. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through. Enjoy!
